Pittsburgh, PA is a smaller market compared to NYC, Chicago or Atlanta. However it does have two really good talent agencies that have booked alot of work for actors and models.
Really big agencies will typically be based out of LA, NYC, ATL or Chicago.

#1 The Talent Group - the talent group is an excellent agency I have been represented by them for the past 7 years and I have booked a lot of work through them! They represent actors, models and voiceover artists for commercial, film and tv!
#2 Docherty Agency - Docherty is a great agency and I don’t specifically work with them, but I have heard great things and I know their talent work a lot. Docherty represents models, actors and voiceover talent as well!
